09 Feb Chicken doodles
That moment when you find an old image of some artwork you’ve done and think “Hmmm .. that’s not so bad.” 
That’s my problem. I’m my worst critic. I look at something I’ve drawn and can’t possibly imagine that it’s any good. I’m not like that with my 3D models — only my illustrations. So here is an example of what I’m talking about. I was messing around with a drawing program on the iPad. I needed to draw a chicken for another student project I was working on. So I started to mess around and came up with a loose design (shown above).
So even though I was hesitant about the actually drawing, obviously I liked it enough to convert it to a vector drawing for a motion graphic I was working on highlighting food myths. This photo shows the final chicken illustration:
